Senator Dodd is going to re-finance the two sweetheart mortgages he received through Countrywide. So like his recent friends I suppose he figures since it was an “honest mistake” he’s made it all better now. Oh wait, he’s said there was nothing improper about the mortgages so no need to make it better.

I suspect the real motive is he now hopes all those questions will just go away. There’s no reason they should.
